LST MEX nació en 2020 con el objetivo de brindar asesoría legal especializada en derecho inmobiliario en Playa del Carmen, Tulum y la Riviera Maya, acompañando a inversionistas nacionales e internacionales en procesos legales relacionados con compra de propiedades, fideicomisos para extranjeros, estructuración de empresas y asesoría migratoria.
Desde su fundación, el despacho ha crecido de forma constante, consolidando un equipo especializado, participando en la profesionalización del sector inmobiliario y ampliando sus áreas de práctica para ofrecer soluciones legales estratégicas a quienes buscan invertir, vivir o desarrollar proyectos en México.

LST MEX was founded in 2020 with the goal of providing specialized legal counsel in real estate law in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the Riviera Maya, assisting domestic and international investors with legal matters related to property purchases, trusts for foreigners, business structuring, and immigration consulting.
Since its founding, the firm has grown steadily, building a specialized team, contributing to the professionalization of the real estate sector, and expanding its practice areas to offer strategic legal solutions to those seeking to invest, live, or develop projects in Mexico.

The firm is moving to a new office as part of its expansion.

Daniel joins the team; he would later take over as head of the firm’s real estate practice.

- Three new employees have joined the team, including Iris, who would later take over as head of the finance department.
- The team now has seven members.
- The number of clients served has exceeded 100.
- Daniel is celebrating his first year with the team.
Consolidation
LSTMEX IN 2023
- The firm has a staff of seven.
- We offer services in real estate law, immigration law, and other areas.
- More than 50 courses on trusts are being held in a restricted area
Institutional Expansion

- The firm has joined the Mexican Real Estate Industry Association (AMII).
- The first certificate program offered by the firm.
- The team is participating as instructors, marking the start of their involvement in real estate education.

- Daniela is starting her master’s degree in corporate law, furthering her professional development to support the firm’s growth and evolution.
